A 32 year old female started to complain pain at the pubic symphysis after delivery of her new born 6 month previously. The pain was localized only on the right side of the PS joint. When testing the right leg adductors, the strength was almost absent. With right knee flexed she could not externally rotate the leg because the intensity of pain. IRT was performed on her right symphysis pubis bone. After the first treatment 50% of her pain was gone. After her second treatment the pain was 80-90% gone and she was able to external rotate the leg almost with no pain at all. The strength of her right adductor was close to normal.
