A 48 year old male Caucasian laborer/heavy equipment operator, being treated mainly for neck pain, complains of medial left knee and lateral leg pain (insidious onset).  He mentions this has been there, off and on over the years, since a left medial meniscectomy was performed 26 years earlier.  Distal tibia/fibula separation with posterior calcaneus correction is made with IRT performed on the surgical scar, and spindle cell area of the left popliteus.  This normalized the weakness of that muscle and of the left sartorius.  The knee remains pain-free for a week, then some achiness returns after the patient described being “very busy at work/pushing a lot.”  Subsequent treatment on this and 2 other visits, include left articularus genu GTO IRT, left weight bearing tibia / fibular adjustments coupled with therapy localization of C1/IRT, and 1 repetition of the meniscectomy scar IRT.  Following this, there is no recurrence of knee pain.
