A 45 year old female presented with neck pain and weakness, radiating pain down the arm, and constipation which had lasted 3 days. Right cervical rotation was 30 degrees, limited by severe pain.  Spinal motion of cervicals presented as uncoupled. IRT to indicated cranial faults, IRT to left TMJ, rubbing spleen Chapman’s Reflex (determined by positive left TMJ IRT), and IRT to stomach and small intestine NL points followed by adjustment to COUPLED cervical spine returned cervical rotation to FULL ROM, without pain.  Patient later reported that one to two hours later, she moved her bowels for first time in three days.
