A 60 year old woman presents with pain and numbness in the left hip with radiation to the left anterolateral leg.  The onset is insidious and began several months previously.  Radiologic examination reveals mild/moderate degenerative changes in the lumbar spine and a mild levoscoliosis.  Lumbar and left hip ranges of motion are normal and pain free.  After many treatments using many different modalites with no success, IRT was performed to the left sacrospinous and sacrotuberous ligaments resulting in a complete resolution of her symptoms.
