A 34 years old man presented with history of neck pain (right more than left,) right shoulder pain, and headache above the right eye arising from the right neck/suboccipital region. The neck pain and the shoulder pain were constant 4/10 The headache showed up twice a week as a 7/10 in its peak, lasting from 2 hours up to 12 hours. The only traumatic event he remembered was that when he was a kid he had to catch himself with his right hand when from falling from a tree as his feet slept off the branch. IRT on the right subclavius muscle resolved his shoulder/neck pain and his headache.
