A man of 26 suffered a moto-scooter accident in which he was thrown in the air and landed on his back atop the car with which he collided, then finally landed in a pile of garbage on the adjacent sidewalk. There was a small fracture to the head and various contusions. On examination, vast areas of the body tested positive for IRT including both legs, thighs and knees, lower back, sternum, head and neck, face and one arm. His complaint was of neck pain, but had mentioned that there was pain in bending the left pinky that was constant. What amazed him above all, was the fact that we never touched the pinky and it disappeared in treating by IRT to the neck and arms.
