A 19 year old male college student presented with weakness in the left triceps. When he lifted weights, he did not have the strength in his left arm that he had on the right.  This was particularly evident with bench pressing, as he had to “wobble” the weights up.  When giving his history, the only injury he could remember was pulling a muscle in his right groin when practicing for the rowing team. The triceps weak in the clear, AF was positive, and it strengthened with therapy localization to the right groin.  O & I IRT was done to the abdominal muscles and the triceps then tested strong.  His right and left arm strength immediately became balanced during weight lifting and mild shoulder pain that he had was gone.
