I had a patient present with low back pain. As I do with all my new patients, I asked him to recall all his previous major injuries as I always clear these first. Included in his history of injuries was open heart surgery back in 1994. His left chest had been numb ever since. I performed IRT to the area. When he came back in a week he replied that he was now able to feel his chest. It had been 13 years of numbness in his chest and now he was able to feel again.
